Pair team up for new version of Carey’s ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ on Bieber’s Under the Mistletoe.

Justin Bieber has been very busy this week. He dropped a new album, Under the Mistletoe on Tuesday, appeared on “Dancing With the Stars,” freestyled over the Throne’s “Otis,” and not only shot a music video with Boyz II Men for “Fa La La,” but also managed to squeeze in a shoot with Mariah Carey.

Bieber and Carey both tweeted about the video for their reimagining of her classic holiday tune “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” “Might have to go shoot this video with @mariahcarey for our duet! focused on the positives … the music. #UNDERTHEMISTLETOE,” Bieber tweeted about the shoot, referring to a California woman’s claim that he fathered her child. “4:30am and going hard on the ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ shoot with @mariahcarey !! #superfestive #underthemistletoe,” he later shared. The original video for the tune, shot to look like a home video, features Carey decked out in skimpy Santa suits and snow-bunny garb, running around decorating Christmas trees, playing in the snow, hanging with Santa and his elves, and generally getting into the holiday spirit. Mariah Carey seemed equally stoked about the video shoot, gushing about it on her Twitter: “Shooting the final take of ‘All I Want.’ duet with surprise appearance by Jilly beans & directed by my friend, the wonderful Sanaa Hamri,” she said, noting that the shoot was made even more special because it coincided with one of her personal milestones. “Happy anniversary to [my album] MERRY CHRISTMAS II YOU!!!” she added. “On the night we’re shooting the new ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ with @justinbieber.” Hamri has shot videos for Carey’s “Crybaby,” “Bringing on the Heartbreak” and “Don’t Stop (Funkin’ 4 Jamaica),” as well as clips for Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z and Christina Aguilera. The shoot lasted all night, with Bieber tweeting Thursday morning (November 3) that Carey and the crew had wrapped up. “Just wrapped the ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU with the icon and amazing @mariahcarey !” he wrote. “HONORED and I think this video is gonna b classic!” Bieber told MTV News that getting Carey to join him for the duet was surprisingly easy. “Mariah Carey is doing it with me! It’s incredible. So excited,” he said. “We wanted Mariah from the beginning, but we kind of thought it was really hard, so we didn’t really push the idea. But she’s on my label, so we reached out to some people, she got in contact with us, and Randy Jackson was actually at the studio with us, and I was like, ‘Yo, you think you can help get Mariah on the Christmas album?’ And he was like, ‘I’m actually going to see her in New York on Monday,’ and I was like ‘Yo, go do that!’ ”

Judge also takes shot at ‘The Voice,’ asking, ‘How many artists have they discovered?’

Simon Cowell is finally opening up about the cast shakeups on “The X Factor” as well as about rumors that two very famous divas are in talks to join Fox’s reality singing competition.

Late last month, it was announced that judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones had been fired from “X Factor” and would be replaced in its second season. The announcement came as a shock to fans, but Cowell tells “Extra” in an interview airing Wednesday (February 8) that the decision was a long time coming and was ultimately made “at the beginning of the year — and we were told it had to happen straight away.” While her dismissal came as a surprise, Cowell says Abdul “was very gracious” about it. “She understands it’s business,” Cowell said of his real-life friend. “It’s never personal.” Scherzinger, according to Cowell, was “disappointed” with the producers’ decision to replace her. But the former Pussycat Doll insisted in a new “Access Hollywood” interview that she “had a wonderful experience on the show.” “What happened? Well, all I know is that I gave 110 percent to that show,” she said. “I know everybody’s talking about it, they’re saying good, bad, they love me or hate me, but the one thing you can’t say is that I didn’t give it my all.” Cowell also used his time with “Extra” to squash rumors that Beyoncé or Mariah Carey might be joining the “X Factor” team when it returns to Fox later this year. He seemed particularly amused by talk that the show was offering Beyoncé a nine-figure contract to join the judges’ table. “The budget for the show is $100 million. That would never ever happen. It’s absolute nonsense,” he told “Extra.” “No one is going to pay $100 million for someone. I genuinely haven’t had a conversation with her about it. Not at all.” The same can be said for Carey, who Cowell said he likes very much and would be a fine addition to the show but is an impractical choice because of the long hours involved. “I adore her, love her,” he said. “But you can’t expect someone who has just had two kids [and] has a record career to make the kind of commitment we would need on this show.” “X Factor” did not perform as strongly as expected in the ratings last fall, which many feel precipitated the planned revamp, though the ever-cool Cowell is not sweating the competition. In this latest interview, Cowell took on “The Voice,” which returned to NBC after the Super Bowl and delivered big ratings, saying the makeup of his judging panel is what sets “X Factor” apart. “I would ask how many records have they made, how many artists have they discovered?” Cowell asked of “The Voice” mentors Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. “That’s where we have to be different on the judging panel. It’s very important that you have people on the panel that have actually signed and made artists successful all over the world, not just have made hit records yourself.”

Shocking fans, former collaborators and everybody in between, stars like Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Diddy have taken to Twitter to mourn the late icon.

Mariah Carey, also known for her beautiful voice, took to the social media site to share her memory of the singer/actress. “Heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston,” Carey wrote. “My heartfelt condolences to Whitney’s family and to all her millions of fans throughout the world. She will never be forgotten as one of the greatest voices to ever grace the earth.”

Rihanna was speechless upon hearing the news about the star’s death, simply writing, “No words! Just tears #DearWhitney.” Quoting a line from Houston’s massive 1992 hit “I Will Always Love You,” Kim Kardashian shared her love for the singer. “Just heard the tragic news that Whitney Houston passed away. I pray for her daughter & loved ones. We will always love you Whitney…,” she tweeted. Houston’s death hit Nicki Minaj pretty hard, with the Young Money songstress writing, “Jesus Christ, not Whitney Houston. Greatest of all time,” as well as tweeting a vintage photo of the late singer alongside Michael Jackson. Calling Houston’s death “such a loss,” Jennifer Lopez was another celeb to remember the superstar singer. “One of the greatest voices of our time. Sending out prayers to her family… #R.I.P.Whitney,” she said. Diddy admitted his disbelief about the the industry’s loss, saying, “Whitney Houston!!! OMG!! I really can’t believe this.. This is one of the saddest days ever…” Toni Braxton confessed her influence from the late-singer. “My heart is weeping…RIP to the Legendary Diva & Icon Whitney Houston!!!!!” Toni Braxton wrote. “Such an incredible influence over music as a whole! She’s paved the way for every single singer in the music industry. Iconic, legendary, innovating, amazing, humble…1 the best in the world.” Christina Aguilera, also a big-voiced diva, took to Twitter to share her memory of the singer, confessing that “we have lost another legend.” “Love and prayers to Whitney’s family. She will be missed,” she added. Usher also chimed in, writing, “R.I.P Whitney Houston… A true icon of our time. Gone too soon. My heart goes out to the family in their time of distress. URIV.” Immediately after the news was announced, Houston’s legacy appeared all over Twitter’s trending topic list as #DearWhitney, #IWillAlwaysLove you, Waiting to Exhale amongst others trends taking over the top 10 list.

From Lady Gaga’s egg to Katy Perry’s wedding video, plenty of crazy went down at the 53rd annual Grammy Awards.
By John Mitchell

Lady Gaga arrives at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards
Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty Images

The 54th annual Grammy Awards are just a day away and everyone in the MTV Newsroom is starting to get excited. Will Beyoncé” show up? How will Adele sound in her first major live performance since undergoing surgery to repair a vocal cord hemorrhage? What color will Katy Perry”‘s hair be? What will Lady Gaga” wear? We can’t wait to find out. But if last year’s show is any indication, it’s safe to say that just about anything could happen at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Sunday night.

The quirk factor was high at last year’s Grammys, and it got started long before a single award was handed out. Lady Gaga’s red carpet arrival inside of a pearlescent egg carried by four scantily clad dudes wearing prosthetics on their faces and shoulders should have been reminder enough that the unusual is the norm at the Grammys. But in case it wasn’t, the show itself delivered Muppets and Katy Perry on a swing. We’ve rounded up five big moments from last year’s show to remind you why the Grammys are the craziest awards show of the year. » Lady Gaga arrives in that freakin’ egg, er, “vessel.”
Never one to just casually stroll the red carpet in a pretty dress, Lady Gaga went to great lengths to make every element of her Grammy appearance part of a larger art piece that culminated in the performance of her then-new single “Born this Way.” It all started on the red carpet, when she arrived already inside her “vessel,” later claiming to Jay Leno that she’d been in a state of artistic incubation inside it for 72 hours. (Did you just roll your eyes? We think you just rolled your eyes!) The pop star emerged to deliver a full-voiced — if otherwise joyless — performance of the song, which at the time was drawing heavy criticism for sounding maybe a little too much like Madonna’s 1989 classic “Express Yourself,” and went on to score three Grammys, including Best Pop Vocal Album for The Fame Monster. » Did Christina Aguilera fall down after that showstopping Aretha Franklin tribute?
Last year’s ceremony kicked off with an Aretha Franklin tribute featuring Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Florence Welch, Martina McBride and Yolanda Adams. The ladies delivered a rousing group performance of “(You Make Me Feel Like a) Natural Woman” before launching into solos of “Ain’t No Way,” “Until You Come Back to Me,” “Think,” “Respect” and “Spirit in the Dark” and closing with “Sisters Are Doin’ It for Themselves” — tearing the roof off the Staples Center. Except all anyone wanted to talk about afterward was how Christina maybe slipped a little in her towering heels. The performance came just one week after Xtina botched “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl XLV (luckily, Kelly Clarkson’s rendition this year went smoothly), and it seemed like the “Beautiful” singer and “Voice” judge had fully redeemed herself after the debacle, delivering a fantastic vocal performance … until she stumbled onstage, sending gossips into a tizzy that the singer may have been, we’ll say, out of sorts during the performance despite much evidence to the contrary. Or maybe people just like a good near-fall? People get very excited when an entertainer loses her footing — don’t they, Madonna? Anyway, while everyone tried to make Xtina’s mini-tumble a bigger story than it was, the ladies earned a richly deserved standing ovation for their tribute to Franklin, who was rather ill at the time but has since recovered, lost a bunch of weight, gotten engaged and ended that engagement. (A year in Hollywood time is like five years in normal person time … maybe that’s why everyone is so afraid of getting older!) » Bieber performs big, loses Best New Artist to unknown jazz bassist and vocalist Esperanza Spalding.
Justin Bieber’s medley performance began with an acoustic strum through “Baby” but quickly segued into a raucous take on “Never Say Never,” complete with breakdancing ninja acrobats, fire breathers and a cameo rap by “Karate Kid” star Jaden Smith. Biebs’ mentor Usher even joined in on the fun for a pop-and-lock-heavy dance-off to his hit “OMG.” But the real story with Bieber at last year’s Grammys was that he lost. To Esperanza Spalding. A critically acclaimed but otherwise unknown jazz performer. Bieber didn’t take the loss so well but his fans went even crazier, expressing the profound sadness they felt and bearing witness to their idol’s defeat by hacking Spalding’s Wikipedia page and changing her middle name to both “Justin” and “Quesadilla.” One fan wrote, “Justin Bieber deserved it go die in a hole. Who the heck are you anyway?” while another scribbled, “So the Esperanza Spalding has only 8 thousand followers on twitter and how many does Justin Bieber has?” It seems someone forgot to tell the Belieber army that the Grammys are not a popularity contest (well, they’re not supposed to be, anyway) and that one’s amount of Twitter followers is not taken into account when deciding the winners. Duly noted! » Katy Perry performed the ballad “Not Like the Movies” while on a swing, playing video from her wedding to Russell Brand.
If you needed further proof that a lot can change in just a single year, look no further than Katy Perry’s performance at last year’s ceremony. Much like she did on her California Dreams Tour, Perry performed her ballad “Not Like the Movies” while sitting on a swing as video from her elaborate October 2010 wedding to Russell Brand was projected behind her. Though one would think a sweet performance like Katy’s would shut the gossip mill down for at least a little while, the couple was already back to defending their strange union less than two months later when Brand co-hosted “Live!” with Kelly Ripa. By year’s end, Perry and Brand’s marriage was officially no more, and it made re-watching her performance from last year for the purposes of this article, um, kind of awkward. » Cee Lo performed “Forget You” with a bunch of Muppets (and Gwyneth Paltrow).
No, no one at your Grammy party spiked your drink. Cee Lo Green, wearing a crazy red bear suit and a rainbow fan of feathers (think peacock), really did perform his Grammy-nominated smash “Forget You” backed by a bunch of singing and dancing Muppets while Oscar-winning home health guru Gwyneth Paltrow writhed atop his piano. Oddly, the whole thing worked like gangbusters and was a big old ball of fun. (And when was the last time anyone associated the word “fun” with Gwyneth Paltrow? Such is the funky power of Cee Lo.) This year’s show has the potential to outdo last year’s in the water-cooler department with Rihanna and Chris Brown both set to perform under the same roof for the first time since, well, you know … in addition to plenty of interesting collabos, including a special electronic dance music performance set to feature the Foo Fighters (right?), and whatever Lady Gaga decides to get into. What are you most looking forward to at this year’s Grammys? Let us know in the comments below. Chaos! Profanity! Wardrobe malfunctions! Don’t miss our Grammy red-carpet live stream this Sunday, February 12, for a full three hours of mayhem, starting at 5 p.m. ET on MTV.com. And the fun doesn’t end Sunday: MTV News has you covered for all the Grammy red-carpet fashion, Grammy winners and Grammy news until the hangover wears off!

Agile Era: Everyone’s aware of Christina Aguilera‘s fixation with the first half of the 20th century by now, but are they obsessed enough with her obsession to throw down twice as much loot for her new album? We’ll find out this week with the two-CD Back to Basics. The set features a guest spot by adult-contemporary mainstay Steve Winwood on “Makes Me Wanna Pray,” while Christina gets more current with DJ Premier and Linda Perry elsewhere. The video for the title track is tacked on for good measure, but fans who preordered the “premium package” also earned an exclusive tee and red 7-inch single. Someone’s feeling generous these days. Twice as Trice: Obie Trice‘s been promising Second Round’s on Me for a little while now, but he’s finally ready to whip out his wallet and pay up. Eminem, whose Shady Records has been tailoring the disc as more of a street record, executive produces and appears on “There They Go” alongside Big Herk and Trick Trick. 50 Cent crops up on “Everywhere I Go,” while Nate Dogg (“All of My Life”), Akon (“Snitch”) and Trey Songz (“Ghetto” and “Mama”) also spot the sophomore Trice. Hissteria: You’ve seen the “Snakes on a Plane” trailer, recited Samuel L. Jackson‘s catchphrase to your friends and heard Cobra Starship‘s virulent theme song enough times to throw you into a tailspin, but finally the fangs have been bared. In anticipation of the film’s Friday release, Snakes on a Plane: The Album spits up a new Cee-Lo tune, “Ophidiophobia” (the fear of snakes); a new acoustic song by Coheed and Cambria; plus exclusive remixes of Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy and All-American Rejects tunes. Sounds like a lethal combination. Thunder Down Under by underground-punk vipers Hot Snakes will be no match for the soundtrack, but devout fans will no doubt swallow up the posthumous live LP. Recorded on May 10 last year for the Australian Broadcast Company for air on radio, the set features “Think About Carbs,” “U.S. Mint” and “Let It Come.” A Soon-to-Be Millionaire?: Not to be confused with Mr. “Ridin Dirty,” Jamaican singer Cham follows up 2000′s Wow … The Story with a different tale, Ghetto Story. The title track features Alicia Keys, as does its video, while Rihanna and Akon also give the dancehall performer a boost. Songs include “Rudeboy Pledge,” “Wah Den a She Now?” and “Tic Toc.” Widespread Panic: Dave Navarro is no longer with Carmen Electra, but he has at least one new love on his hands: Panic Channel, which reteams him with Jane’s Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Chris Chaney. The dudes debut this week with (ONe), which alludes to the fact that it’s a debut record and they want you to turn “on” the Channel (get it?). “It was necessary to take our time in order to create an internal history,” Navarro said in a post on the band’s Web site, regarding the debut’s long delay. Ladies’ Week: Christina’s leading the charge this week, but she’s got a huge crew of femme followers behind her. Hilary and Haylie Duff, Aly & AJ, Kelly Clarkson, JoJo and other youthful pop tarts align on (Lip Smackers Presents) Girl Next. That comp will be up against Raven-Symoné‘s “Cheetah Girls 2″ soundtrack, but Girl Next has some fresh faces on its side: Hannah Montana, Hayden Panettiere and Jordan Pruitt, who are all being introduced on that collection. Another newbie, Joanna — who appeared in MTV’s “True Life” and will open for Nick Lachey on his fall tour — has a bit more in common with Christina: She, too, enlisted Linda Perry‘s guidance for This Crazy Life. But while the pop genius wrote the title track, Joanna is going with “Let It Slide” as the first single to her long-awaited maiden release. Also stepping out for the first time on her own is Leigh Nash, who logged a handful of hits with Sixpence None the Richer but is now doing her own thing. Her Blue on Blue debut features two songs co-written with her producer, Pierre MarchandSarah McLachlan‘s longtime collaborator — plus “Ocean Size Love” and “My Idea of Heaven.” The LP’s dropping on Nash’s own One Son Records. Speaking of Canadians (McLachlan), Juno Award nominee Kinnie Starr called on another Canuck, Tegan and Sara‘s Tegan Quinn, to sing along on “La Le La La.” As it turns out, the track was mixed by Howard Redekopp, an affiliate of another set of Canadians, the New Pornographers. Starr — who was part of Cirque de Soleil‘s risqué “Zumanity” show and whose stuff has appeared on “The L Word” — also coats her Anything LP with “Rock the Boat,” “Sex in the Prairies” and “Wind in Your Sail.” Jazz singer Patricia Barber also pipes up this week, with a more conceptual release: Mythologies. The disc’s based on a book your Greek-history teacher should have assigned to you, “The Metamorphoses of Ovid,” and hosts hip-hop kids singing, a gospel choir chanting and a guest saxophonist tooting. It’s also got a tribute to Nina Simone in “Icarus.” On the subject of salutes, a couple of women are paying homage to the humans on the other end of the gender spectrum, i.e. men. Americana goddess Maria Muldaur — who redid Peggy Lee tunes on her 2003 album, A Woman Alone With the Blues — turns her appreciative gaze to another icon with Heart of Mine: Love Songs of Bob Dylan. She reinterprets “Lay Lady Lay” as “Lay Baby Lay” and also touches on “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go” and the title tune. Blues stalwart Rory Block reaches back even further with her tip-of-the-cap to the genre’s trailblazer Robert Johnson. The Lady and Mr. Johnson finds her doing the devilish Delta thing on “Hellhound on My Trail,” “Last Fair Deal Gone Down” and “Preaching Blues (Up Jumped the Devil).” But the blues’ undeniable queen — when it comes to popularity at least — must be Bonnie Raitt, and she, too, crops up this week. VH1 Classic Presents: Decades Rock Live! is the first release from the series to boast a CD and a DVD, and it was also the first episode to air. The guest list seals the deal, with Norah Jones, Ben Harper, Alison Krauss and Keb’ Mo’ ganging up with Raitt for “Love Sneakin’ Up on You.” Song Title of the Week: Cee-Lo‘s “Ophidiophobia” from Snakes on a Plane: The Album Other Notables: Sublime‘s Sublime – Deluxe Edition and the Sex PistolsSpunk: The landmark disc by the reggae-lovin’ dub-rockers is supplanted by a two-CD 10th-anniversary edition, bristling with unreleased tuneage, a Wyclef Jean remix of “Doin’ Time,” acoustic takes and more. On the opposite end of the punk spectrum, the Pistols’ hard-to-find live bootleg from 1977 gets a proper release in time for another anniversary: It’s been 30 years since the group recorded its first demos. The warts-and-all disc has 15 tracks and includes all the between-song banter. Various artistsMusicfest NW Vol. 1: Like the Pistols’ bootleg, this disc will also be tough to find — but worth the search, as the proceeds are going toward the Rock and Roll Camp for Girls and Oregon Music Hall of Fame. Featuring tracks by Spoon, Kristin Hersh, Crooked FingersEric Bachmann and Centro-Matic, the comp revolves around Portland’s three-day September festival, which this year will host Spoon’s Britt Daniel, Hersh and the Brian Jonestown Massacre, who also appear here. Fernando‘s Enter to Exit: Also representing Portland this week are Fernando Viciconte and his band o’ brothers — which includes the EelsJeff Lyster and Derek Brown. Fernando, who say on their MySpace page that they sound like “the mating call of the North American dairy cow,” do some colorful uddering on “Howard Hughes,” “One Trick Pony” and “Pasajeros.” Moo. One day after pop music lost one of its icons and greatest voices, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé is opening up about the death of the pop superstar. She recalled meeting the singer for the first time 15 years ago, just as she was breaking into the industry herself.

“The loss of Whitney Houston is painful. I remember meeting Whitney for the first time when I was 15. She was the ultimate legend. The ultimate woman. Not only was she confident, poised, stunningly beautiful and intelligent, but she was sincere and kind,” she said in a statement to MTV News. “She took the time to make everyone feel like they were very important to her.” Beyoncé continued in the statement that Houston’s killer vocal abilities helped make her the superstar she was. “I, like every singer, always wanted to be just like her. Her voice was perfect. Strong but soothing. Soulful and classic. Her vibrato, her cadence, her control. So many of my life’s memories are attached to a Whitney Houston song,” she said. “She is our queen and she opened doors and provided a blueprint for all of us. God bless her.” Her statement comes on the same day that Houston will be remembered at the 2012 Grammy Awards. B’s “Dreamgirls” co-star Jennifer Hudson will lead the Grammy tribute to the late icon, along with Houston’s longtime friend and collaborator, Chaka Khan. She joins a long list of divas who have recalled Houston’s undeniable influence on their own careers, including Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Christina Aguilera. “Heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston,” Mariah Carey wrote about the loss of Houston, who was found dead in her Los Angeles hotel on Saturday.”My heartfelt condolences to Whitney’s family and to all her millions of fans throughout the world. She will never be forgotten as one of the greatest voices to ever grace the earth.” It’s not only pop divas who are recounting her influence, but also producers from the world of EDM. “She had the swagger and she had the voice,” Diplo told MTV News during our pre-show live stream. “I was listening to a bunch of records last night, and I was amazed at how deeply I felt about her records as a child.” MTV News’ Sway and James Montgomery will be live from the Grammys red carpet all evening to get reactions from music’s biggest stars on the death of Whitney Houston. Watch reactions and remembrances at MTV.com. Share your condolences with Whitney’s family and friends on our Facebook page.

Judge also takes shot at ‘The Voice,’ asking, ‘How many artists have they discovered?’
    By John Mitchell

A News Blog about Motorcycle Accident Attorneys Orange County. Personal injury is a legal term for an injury to the body, mind or emotions, as opposed to an injury to property. The term is most commonly used to refer to a type of tort lawsuit alleging that the plaintiff’s injury has been caused by the negligence of another, but also arises in defamation torts. The most common types of personal injury claims are road traffic accidents, accidents at work, tripping accidents, assault claims, accidents in the home, product defect accidents (product liability) and holiday accidents. The term personal injury also incorporates medical and dental accidents (which lead to numerous medical negligence claims every year) and conditions that are often classified as industrial disease cases, including asbestosis and peritoneal mesothelioma, chest diseases (e.g., emphysema, pneumoconiosis, silicosis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic obstructive airways disease), vibration white finger, occupational deafness, occupational stress, contact dermititis, and repetitive strain injury cases. If the negligence of another party can be proved, the injured party may be entitled to monetary compensation from that party. In the United States, this system is complex and controversial, with critics calling for various forms of tort reform. From: Motorcycle Accident Attorneys Orange County. Attorneys and lawyers often represent clients on a “contingency basis,” in which the attorney’s fee is a percentage of the plaintiff’s eventual compensation, payable when the case is resolved. Oftentimes, having an attorney becomes essential because cases become extremely complex, such as in medical malpratice cases. From: Motorcycle Accident Attorneys Orange County.
